The consortium consists of 16 partners from various fields:
4 faculties at one university (University Ljubljana – Biotechnical Faculty, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engeneering),
1 national institute (Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute)
11 companies (large and also small and medium sized enterprises):

The lead partner of the program is company TRIMO, inženiring in proizvodnja montažnih objektov, d.d.

Description of the program:
The aim of the program is to develop products and technologies for the creation of a healthy living and working internal environment by combining research and development potential of enterprises and research organizations.
Technologies and products that will be developed are classified into three product groups:
- wooden building systems,
- intelligent controllers and smart building blocks and building management,
- products for façade cladding.
Products will be integrated into a demonstration modular living unit called TIGR4smart.
Results:
- 20 innovations and 3 patent applications,
- 20 % increase of private investment in R&D,
- technical quidelines for at least 4 technological solutions,
- new investments,
- 18 product prototypes and 1 demonstration modular living unit,
- 8 scientific articles or presentations at conferences,
- 11 workshops between partners of the program,
- 5 new project applications.
